SolarEdge 33.3kW 3-fase AFCI type ll, DC Safety, SetApp, GLANDS

This version of the SolarEdge 3PH Inverter, 33.3kW, includes a DC safety unit with a switch to cut off supply from the DC side. It features a Surge Protection Device (SPD) and various connection options such as RS485, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi, though a separate antenna is needed for Wi-Fi. SetApp support enables easy setup and monitoring.

The inverter has two RS485 ports and an Ethernet connection. Wi-Fi connectivity requires an external antenna, with setup and PV system monitoring available through SetApp on a module level.

Safety features include arc fault protection and leakage current detection, both standard. Arc fault protection activates to shut down the system in case of dangerous arcs, while leakage detection turns off the device within 20 to 40ms if a person contacts the system under certain conditions. The SPD protects against surges, e.g., from lightning.

The safety unit attached to the bottom has a DC switch for de-energizing the entire circuit, ensuring both neutral and phase wires are disconnected.

Instead of MC4 connectors, this model uses cable glands for secure internal connections to a terminal block with screw connections.
